SUMMARY:

Southwest Virginia Tourism Revolving Loan Fund created; appropriation. Creates the Southwest Virginia Tourism Revolving Loan Fund, to be administered by the Virginia Division of Tourism, to make loans to improve tourism development in Southwest Virginia. The bill appropriates $10 million for the Fund each fiscal year beginning in 1994.
