SUMMARY:

Commonwealth of Virginia Transportation Economic Recovery Bond Act of 1994. Authorizes $527,600,000 of general obligation debt of the Commonwealth for the purpose of acquiring, constructing and equipping certain transportation capital projects of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Before any such bonds may be issued, the bonds must be approved by the voters at the general election to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 1994.
