SUMMARY:

Powers of the Department of Economic Development. Authorizes the Department of Economic Development to enter into contracts with any person and to obligate the Department to make expenditures of funds in future years, subject to their appropriation by the General Assembly, if such contracts will stimulate and support the industrial and commercial development and expansion of the economy of the Commonwealth.
