SUMMARY:

Commonwealth Rail Transportation Fund. Sets aside two percent of the Transportation Trust Fund as the Commonwealth Rail Transportation Fund for the purpose of acquiring, leasing, or improving railways and purchasing abandoned rail rights-of-way for transportation purposes.
