SUMMARY:
Clerks of circuit courts; excess fees collected. Provides that clerks of circuit courts shall be entitled to retain one-sixth of excess fees collected in a technology trust fund, the purpose of which is to modernize record keeping and information retrieval by the clerk's office, including but not limited to official deed books and other recorded, docketed, or filed documents, through technology and equipment that enhances the level of service provided to the public.
