SUMMARY:
Virginia Victim-Witness Fund. Establishes a special nonreverting fund for use by approved victim-witness programs. The Fund is supported by two-dollar fee increases in criminal and traffic cases, and 20-dollar assessments in criminal and traffic cases charged under local ordinances.
