SUMMARY:

Roanoke, City. Authorizes the city council by ordinance to grant the city's director of finance the authority given by general law to county and city treasurers to collect delinquent real estate taxes and re-inserts an amendment to stagger the terms of the board of zoning appeals that was deleted by error when the zoning section was amended twice in 1991 but only the last 1991 amendment was used when the section was amended in 1993.
