SUMMARY:
Commonwealth of Virginia Higher Educational Institutions Bond Act of 1994. Authorizes the issuance of revenue bonds in the amount of $160,971,300, plus the cost of issuance, for capital projects of certain institutions of higher education. The bonds are issued for revenue-producing projects pursuant to Article X, Section 9 (c) of the Constitution of Virginia and are backed by the full faith, credit, and taxing power of the Commonwealth.
