CHAPTER 61 An Act to repeal the fifth enactment of Chapter 755 of the Acts of Assembly of 1992, relating to the powers of the Department and Board of Rehabilitative Services. [H 1130] Approved March 9, 1994

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the fifth enactment of Chapter 755 of the Acts of Assembly of 1992 is repealed.

2. That the provisions of this act shall apply only to the provisions of Chapter 755 of the Acts of Assembly of 1992 affecting the Department and the Board of Rehabilitative Services.
