SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Hunting within certain areas of Indian River prohibited; City of Chesapeake. Makes it unlawful for a person to take, attempt to take, or pursue wildlife within the Indian River from its confluence with the eastern branch of the Elizabeth River to its southern terminus at Military Highway in the City of Chesapeake, except that fishing is permitted in such area.
