SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Action of forfeiture; exemptions; court-imposed fine. Provides that no property subject to seizure, pursuant to relevant law, shall be forfeited unless the total value of such property in the aggregate is less than or equal to the value of the fine imposed by the court upon conviction for the offense related to the seizure of such property.
