Department of Health; local government; alternative and conventional onsite sewage systems. Requires localities to review the Department of Health's database prior to notifying the owners of an alternative or conventional onsite sewage system about their maintenance responsibility.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Department of Health; local government; alternative and conventional onsite sewage systems. Requires the Board of Health to establish a procedure for the Department of Health to prepare and submit a quarterly report to each local government that provides an accurate record of private properties categorized by the presence of an alternative or conventional onsite sewage system within each such local government.
