Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services shall partner with the Department of Education, the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, the Parent Educational Advocacy Training Center (PEATC), Virginia Commonwealth University's Partnership for People with Disabilities, and the Virginia Commonwealth University Center on Transition Innovations to ensure that online resources are readily available and disseminated to all individuals of age to transition from school to post-school activities and their families. The online resources shall include (i) PEATC's online training course, Transition University, conducted in coordination with the Department of Education, and (ii) PEATC's online transition guide and resource documents.
