Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding sections numbered 10.1-2206.3 and 59.1-542.1 as follows:

§ 10.1-2206.3. Virginia Historic Landmarks designation; motor sports facilities.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, all motor sports facilities, as defined in § 58.1-4030, in the Commonwealth are hereby designated as Virginia Historic Landmarks and shall be included in the Virginia Landmarks Register.

§ 59.1-542.1. Enterprise zone designation; motor sports facilities.

All motor sports facilities, as defined in § 58.1-4030, in the Commonwealth shall be designated as enterprise zones. When feasible and practical, such motor sports facilities shall meet the criteria required by this chapter.
