HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 342 Nominating persons to be elected to the Court of Appeals of Virginia.   Agreed to by the House of Delegates, March 7, 2024  

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the Court of Appeals of Virginia as follows:

The Honorable Steven C. Frucci, of Virginia Beach, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing March 16, 2024.

The Honorable David Bernhard, of Fairfax, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing January 1, 2025.
