24108689DWHEREAS, the Reverend Nathan Dell has touched countless lives in Richmond as an esteemed educator and a dedicated religious leader; and
WHEREAS, Nathan Dell previously served as pastor of All Souls Presbyterian Church and retired as pastor of Woodville Presbyterian Church; and
WHEREAS, Nathan Dell inspired students at Virginia Union University’s Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology as a professor of homiletics; and
WHEREAS, as part of Community Learning Week events, presented by the nonprofit Living the Dream, Inc., Nathan Dell was honored with a concert and a tribute to his achievements in February 2024; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the Reverend Nathan Dell hereby be commended for his service as an educator and a pastor; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the Reverend Nathan Dell as an expression of the House of Delegates’ admiration for his achievements in service to the Richmond community.
