24101858DWHEREAS, Ronnie Jerome Everette, Jr., a talented singer and a beloved member of the Franklin community, died on November 1, 2022; and
WHEREAS, Ronnie Everette attended Franklin High School, where he enjoyed playing sports and was a friend to many; and
WHEREAS, Ronnie Everette began to develop a passion for singing at a young age and later used his talents to proclaim his deep faith and inspire members of his church community at Old Cool Spring Baptist Church; and
WHEREAS, Ronnie Everette was a member of the Dynamic Three, which performed at other churches, both near and far; he also worked to enhance his local community as the youngest member of Franklin Brothers Keepers; and
WHEREAS, affectionately known as “Boosie,” Ronnie Everette brought joy to others through his compassion, humility, kindness, and infectious smile; and
WHEREAS, Ronnie Everette will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his parents, Marchenia and Ronnie, Sr.; his siblings, Trevis and Ma’Ronica; and numerous other family members and friends; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Delegates hereby note with great sadness the loss of Ronnie Jerome Everette, Jr., a joyful singer who touched many lives in the Franklin community; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the family of Ronnie Jerome Everette, Jr., as an expression of the House of Delegates’ respect for his memory.
