HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 165 Offered February 19, 2024 Celebrating the life of Brianna Kate Hinton-Lartz. ---------- Patrons-- McQuinn and Carr ----------

WHEREAS, Brianna Kate Hinton-Lartz, a beloved daughter, mother, and friend, died on June 9, 2023; and

WHEREAS, Brianna Hinton-Lartz was born to Bruna Leonard and Lester D. Frye, Jr., on May 14, 1998, in Jeanette, Pennsylvania; and

WHEREAS, Brianna Hinton-Lartz had dreams of becoming an entrepreneur, with plans to own and operate lawn care, cleaning, and car detailing businesses; and

WHEREAS, Brianna Hinton-Lartz inspired others through her kindness, grace, and loving spirit; and

WHEREAS, Brianna Hinton-Lartz’s greatest joy in her life was spending time with her beloved sons, and she worked diligently to ensure their safety, happiness, and well-being; and

WHEREAS, Brianna Hinton-Lartz will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her sons, A’King and K’hari; her mother, Bruna; her father, Lester; her partner, Brianna Smith; and numerous other family members and friends; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the House of Delegates hereby note with great sadness the loss of Brianna Kate Hinton-Lartz; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the family of Brianna Kate Hinton-Lartz as an expression of the House of Delegates’ respect for her memory.
