Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Motor Vehicles (the Department) shall amend the Personalized License Plate Issuance Guidelines to prohibit the issuance of any personalized license plate issued pursuant to § 46.2-726 of the Code of Virginia that makes reference to the Confederacy, Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee, or any other prominent Confederate leader.
