Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of General Services and the Department of Transportation shall amend and conform the regulations and requirements for localities and transit agencies constructing concrete pad foundations for school bus shelters, public transit shelters, and rideshare stations.
