HOUSE BILL NO. 54 FLOOR AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by Delegate Simon on February 8, 2024) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Simon) A BILL to amend Chapter 323 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950, which provided a charter for the City of Falls Church, by repealing § 4.14 of Chapter 323, relating to qualifications of members of boards and commissions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 4.14 of Chapter 323 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950 is repealed.
