odd-numbered year.
2. That the budget bills introduced pursuant to § 2.2-1508 of the Code of Virginia for the 2025 and 2026 Regular Sessions of the General Assembly shall propose funding for the Commonwealth's share of compensation supplement incentives for Standards of Quality-funded instructional and support positions to remain competitive pursuant to § 22.1-289.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended by this act.
