That by July 1 of each year, the Department of Environmental Quality shall report to the Department of Forestry the following information about nonpoint source nutrient credits certified in the previous year pursuant to § 62.1-44.19:20 of the Code of Virginia and 9VAC25-900 of the Administrative Code of Virginia that involve land use conversion: (i) the name of the nonpoint source nutrient credit-generating practice, (ii) the acreage of the forest or agricultural lands that could be impacted by the nonpoint source nutrient credits, and (iii) the location of the generation of the nonpoint source nutrient credits, including the locality in which such nonpoint source nutrient credit-generating practice is located.
