2. That the provisions of this act shall expire at such time that funds from the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program, established pursuant to Public Law 117-58, or any other federal grant program, become available to and are received by the Commonwealth and are used for the creation of rural EV charging infrastructure. Any moneys remaining in the Fund at such time shall be remitted by the Comptroller to the General Fund.

3. That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2028.
