Fort Monroe Authority; fees; security. Grants the Fort Monroe Authority the ability to (i) charge certain fees for services within Fort Monroe and (ii) utilize security enhancement devices to enhance the safety of persons or property within Fort Monroe. This bill is identical to HB 2256.
