SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services; review of regulations relating to licensed provider reporting requirements. Directs the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to review its regulations that require providers licensed by the Department to report allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation and incidents classified as Level II and Level III. The bill requires the Department to collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions to reduce administrative burdens on licensed providers. The bill requires the Department to report its recommendations to the Chairmen of the Senate Committee on Education and Health and the House Committee on Health, Welfare and Institutions by November 1, 2023. This bill incorporates SB 1177.
