SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Vehicles left on private property; public utility company and broadband provider service vehicles; removal or towing. Allows public utility company or broadband provider service vehicles to be left temporarily on private property without the consent of the property owner, provided that service or maintenance is being conducted by an employee of the company or provider on the property and such vehicle does not block the entry or exit of the property. The bill prohibits removal or towing of such vehicle for a period of 72 hours.

Vehicles left on private property; public utility company service vehicles; removal or towing. Allows public utility company service vehicles to be left temporarily on private property without the consent of the property owner while utility service or maintenance is being conducted by an employee of the company on the property. The bill prohibits removal or towing of such vehicle for a period of 72 hours.
