SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services; data reporting on children and adolescents; reporting requirements. Removes the requirement that the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services collect certain data relating to children and adolescents from each community policy and management team and each community services board or behavioral health authority.

Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services; data reporting on children and adolescents; reporting requirements. Removes the requirement that the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services collect certain data relating to children and adolescents from each community policy and management team and each community services board or behavioral health authority. The bill also directs the Department to make certain changes to the reporting requirements for serious incidents.
