SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Common interest communities; residents providing certain services presumed to be independent contractors. Provides that a resident of a common interest community association who provides bookkeeping, billing, or recordkeeping services for such community for compensation shall be presumed to be an independent contractor.
