SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Richard Bland College; governance. Removes the authority of the board of visitors of The College of William and Mary in Virginia to supervise, manage, and control Richard Bland College and establishes the 12-member board of visitors of Richard Bland College to generally direct the affairs of the College, including appointing all teachers and fixing their salaries, providing for the employment of other personnel as required, and caring for and preserving all property belonging to the College.
