RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to the Supreme Court of Virginia as follows:

The Honorable Cleo E. Powell, of Chesterfield, as a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia for a term of twelve years commencing August 1, 2023.
