Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 15.2-1416.2 as follows:

§ 15.2-1416.2. Live video broadcast and archive of meetings.

Localities shall provide access to a live video broadcast over the Internet to all public meetings of the local governing body. An archive of all such meetings shall be maintained and be available to the public on the locality's website.
