A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 19.2-169.1, as it is currently effective and as it shall become effective,
37.2-803, 37.2-804, and 37.2-804.2 of the Code of Virginia and to amend the Code
of Virginia by adding in Title 19.2 a chapter numbered 11.2, consisting of
sections numbered 19.2-182.17 through 19.2-182.22, and by adding in Title 37.2
a chapter numbered 8.1, consisting of sections numbered 37.2-848 through
37.2-851, relating to expedited diversion to court-ordered treatment in lieu of
