SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Civil commitment of sexually violent predators; penalty. Creates a Class 6 felony for any civilly committed sexually violent predator who tampers with or in any way attempts to circumvent the operation of his GPS equipment while on conditional release. This bill is identical to HB 1931.
