Special license plates; BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY FOUNDATION. Authorizes the issuance of revenue-sharing special license plates for supporters of the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation bearing the legend BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY FOUNDATION. This bill is identical to HB 1494.
