- 4. That the Secretary of Transportation shall review the existing
composition of the Peninsula Airport Commission and report to the Chairmen of
the House and Senate Committees on Transportation by December 1, 2023, his
findings and recommendations regarding the membership and chairmanship of the
Commission as they relate to representation of participating localities. The
report shall include recommendations on how to ensure balanced representation
among participating localities.
- 5. That the provisions of the first, second, and third
enactments of this act shall not become effective unless reenacted by the 2024
Session of the General Assembly.
