SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special Session; scope of legislation to be considered. Amends HJ 6001 (2022, Special Session I), which limits legislation to be considered by the 2022 Special Session I of the General Assembly and establishes a schedule for the conduct of business coming before such special session. The resolution adds legislation for the protection and expansion of access to abortion care to the scope of legislation that may be considered.
