SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Health records; patient's right to disclosure. Requires a health care entity to include in its disclosure of an individual's health records any changes made to the health records and an audit trail for such records if the individual specifically requests that such information be included in the health records disclosure. The bill permits the health care entity to charge the requester reasonable costs to produce an audit trail, if specifically requested.
