SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Study; Workers' Compensation Commission; practice of charging premiums for bonus pay, vacations, and holidays; report. Requests the Workers' Compensation Commission to study the practice of charging workers' compensation premiums on bonus pay, vacations, and holidays. The Workers' Compensation Commission is requested to complete its meetings by December 1, 2022, and submit its findings no later than the first day of the 2023 Regular Session of the General Assembly.

Study; Workers' Compensation Commission; prohibition on charging premiums for bonus pay, vacations, and holidays; report. Requests the Workers' Compensation Commission to study a prohibition on charging workers' compensation premiums on bonus pay, vacation time, and holiday time and consider the economic effect that such prohibition would have on the state. The Workers' Compensation Commission is requested to complete its meetings by December 1, 2022, and submit its findings no later than the first day of the 2023 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
