RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointments of certain persons made by Governor Glenn Youngkin and communicated to the General Assembly February 18, 2022.

LABOR Safety and Health Codes Board

Tina Hoover of Rockingham, Virginia, Member, appointed on February 15, 2022, to serve an unexpired term beginning on June 1, 2020, and ending on June 30, 2024, to succeed Fernando Franco.
