Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Health shall amend 12VAC5-381-190 of the Administrative Code of Virginia to exempt non-skilled home care organizations that do not participate in government-funded programs from the requirement of a triennial audit for licensing.
