Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered § 2.2-427.1 as follows:

§ 2.2-427.1. Disseminated documents.

A lobbyist registered with the Secretary of the Commonwealth shall include in any document disseminated by such lobbyist to any member of the General Assembly or agent thereof the lobbyist's full legal name, email address, and telephone number.
