CHAPTER 136 An Act to amend the second enactment of Chapter 357 and the second enactment of Chapter 441 of the Acts of Assembly of 2018, relating to definition of public aircraft; sunset. [S 653] Approved April 7, 2022

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 357 and the second enactment of Chapter 441 of the Acts of Assembly of 2018 are amended as follows:

2. That the provisions of this act shall expire on September 1, 2023 July 1, 2025.
