E. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to entitle the Authority to any tax revenues generated pursuant to a permit to operate a sports betting platform awarded pursuant to subdivision D 4 or 5 of § 58.1-4032 to a professional football team that is the principal user of the facility. In addition, no such football team shall be entitled to more than one permit to operate a sports betting platform pursuant to Article 2 (§ 58.1-4030 et seq.) of Chapter 40 of Title 58.1.
