An application shall not be rejected for such material omission until (i) the general registrar notifies the applicant of such omission and the pending rejection of the application and (ii) the applicant fails to provide the missing information within three days of receipt of such notice. The application of an applicant who provides such missing information within three days of receipt of notice by the general registrar shall not be rejected for such omission.
