JOINT CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT

We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on House Bill No. 1308, report as follows:

A. We recommend that the Senate Amendments be rejected.

B. We recommend that the engrossed bill be accepted with the following amendment to resolve the matter under disagreement:

1. Line 182, engrossed, after subsection D.

The entitlement shall also be subject to review and approval by the MEI Project Approval Commission pursuant to § 30-310.
