21101253DBe it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-107.1 as follows:
§ 46.2-107.1. Trade dress on vehicles used to delivery property.
Any motor vehicle used for the delivery of any property directly to the purchaser of such property for compensation or on behalf of the seller of such property shall during any such delivery display a logo, insignia, or emblem visible from the exterior of such vehicle that identifies the person or entity with which the driver of such motor vehicle is affiliated. The provisions of this section shall not apply if the seller is a natural person unaffiliated with any business entity.
