21100573DBe it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 30-19.1:13 as follows:
§ 30-19.1:13. Duration of legislation passed at session conducted virtually.
Any bill passed by the General Assembly when one or both houses meet and vote virtually to pass the bill shall contain a provision requiring the expiration of such bill one year following the date the bill takes effect.
