SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Extension of approvals to address housing crisis. Extends from July 1, 2020, to July 1, 2022, the sunset date for several measures related to various land use approvals. The bill also expands the scope of such measures that will be subject to the extension to include those measures approved by July 1, 2020.
