SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Capital murder; punishment. Provides that any person convicted of capital murder involving the willful, deliberate, and premeditated killing of more than one person as part of the same act or transaction or more than one person within a three-year period, and who was 18 years of age or older at the time of the offense, shall be sentenced to no less than a mandatory minimum term of confinement for life.
